Designed for delivery to professional coaching and facilitation groups, this group coaching session provides an exploration of the concept of calling and potential it has to shape an individual's coaching or facilitation practice. This session is designed to encourage deep reflection on why you coach, and create enthusiasm for your practice and the difference you have the potential to make in the world.

The session can be adjusted to fit both virtual and in-person offerings, and is interactive and informative in both settings.

Group Coaching Session Details

This session is designed for professional coaches interested in exploring the story of their own coaching journey. They may or may not have a working knowledge of the concept of calling, but have all decided to pursue a coaching practice. They may be coaching full-time, part-time, internally, externally, and definitely within a variety if niches. The common thread is that they have all dedicated at least a part of their life to guiding others through transformation and change!

These coaches are curious – about their profession, about their personal work in the world, and about the breadcrumbs of their call to coach they may have left along the way as they traveled through life. Rediscovering their call is a great way to reenergize their coaching practice and give themselves a personal self-care gift! Having a deeper appreciation for their own call to coach will encourage these coaches to guide other in a way that honors calling, and to listen for the breadcrumbs as they guide others.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this session, participants will have:

Explored the concept of calling

Identified their own gifts, passions, and values and considered the connection to their call to coach

Considered the crafting of their own personal mission statement to ground their coaching practice
